Jeff and Dan were very knowledgeable about all the products that can help my aging parents stay in their home of 30+ years. Without them, I believe I would have been forced to convince my parents to move. We are still in the process of getting a new shower and 2nd floor laundry installed and I’m confident the job will get done and done right! Highly recommend westside medical to assist you in making your home safe for your love ones. It’s what they do!!

Westside Medical Supply was extremely helpful in assisting me with a long walking boot for my ankle post surgery. Other medical supply stores in the area that did not accept my insurance would not work with me for an out of pocket option. WMS staff worked with me when my insurance was not contracted with them and were not only kind and knowledgeable, but even helped customize the straps for the boot before I left. Thank you WSM for making this easy for me when my life was a bit shaken!

Our installer Eric Sitterly was excellent and Kevin Leary was easy to deal with. We have had a good experience so far and are probably going to have one installed in the cellar way.

I called late on a Tuesday because my 3 year old broke her left clavicle and I was desperate for her to keep it immobile because she's a lefty and was still trying to use her arm. The receptionist, Tanya, was kind and gentle with my needs. She advised me to come in early the next morning and she would attempt to fit my daughter with something. We went and she found an XS adult sling and wrapped it around her and it was perfect! Without it, I think my daughter would not have healed so quickly! Thank you to Tanya for your compassion!!

I have gone to Westside Medical Supply in the past to get a scooter. Each time the representatives are so helpful and pay close attention to your needs as a person and show so much compassion. The chair I purchased is a Goldentech chair. As you can see in the photos is reclines to the point where it is like laying down in bed. It is awesome! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have have relied on Westside Medical Supply for all my mobility needs for 10 years. Micah, Jen and the whole crew have been so helpful and supportive. They worked directly with my Dr and insurance company to help navigate the complex process and make sure I got the equipment that was right for ME. And Jon the repair tech is amazing! He knows the equipment inside and out and always gets the job done right the first time. So convenient that he comes to the house so I don't have to haul my scooter to their shop. Check them out ... you won't be disappointed!!
